Calculations will be as follows, with MINIMUM QUILTING charge of $50.00:

HOW IT WORKS

1. Complete your purchase. This represents your DEPOSIT for quilting services on one or more quilts. It is refundable until charges are estimated and approved by you, and work has commenced. Minimum QUILTING charge is $50.00.

2. Ship your quilt top, backing fabric, and order form to me - taking care to protect it from inclement weather, and message me at time of shipping, so we can track shipping and anticipate delivery. Once received, it will be safe with me in my smoke-free studio, until quilted and shipped back to you.

3. Upon receipt, I will confirm measurements, etc., contact you via Etsy convo to discuss quilting design and thread color, and respond to any additional questions you may have.

4. When all the details are finalized, I will send you an estimate for the completion of your quilt. Upon your agreement to that estimate, I will begin quilting, and your deposit will become nonrefundable.

5. When your quilt is finished, I will post an invoice to you for the balance in my shop, and once it is received, I will ship your completed quilt to you via Priority mail.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Backing should be 8 inches wider and longer than your quilt top (4 inches more on all four sides). If it is pieced, please run the seam horizontally, and press the seam open

2. For best results, press and starch your quilt top well, making sure it is square and lies flat, with measurements across the top, middle, and bottom all being approximately equal. Waves, fullness and puckers on your top may result in less than optimal results. Please mark the top with a safety pin.

3. If you are new to this process, no worries. Just contact me with questions; I am here to help.
